Leadership and Agent Oversight
Leadership workflows are for owners and executives who need a higher-level operating picture than a single job or task. These screens show business vitals, strategy, officer context, AI-agent work, approvals, and performance signals.

PulseIQ
Use PulseIQ to review the business pulse. It is designed for questions such as:
- What changed in the business today?
- Which operating signals need executive attention?
- Which CascadeIQ decisions, financial movements, or customer risks are worth reviewing?
- Are the daily, weekly, or annual briefings aligned with what leadership sees in the field?
Start with the current briefing, then move into the section that has the strongest risk or opportunity. If a signal points to an operational workflow, open that workflow and resolve it there.

C-Suite and officer workspaces
Use C-Suite when leadership needs to align on business strategy, forecasts, meetings, officer responsibilities, or unresolved escalations. The officer workspaces break leadership work into functional lanes:
- CFO Financials for finance strategy and financial review.
- CCO Customer Experience for customer experience and service recovery.
- CHRO Workforce for team, labor, and workforce review.
Use these pages after daily triage when the issue is not just "fix this task" but "adjust how the business is operating."

Agent Board
Use Agent Board to review what AI agents are doing. This is the correct place to inspect task details, transcripts, meetings, approvals, and action history.
Recommended review process:
- Open Agent Board and scan active tasks.
- Open any card that touches money, schedule, customer communication, subcontractor assignment, or procurement.
- Read the context and transcript before approving.
- Approve, reject, or add a reason when the workflow asks for human judgment.
- Return to DispatchIQ if you need the wider operating context.

What good leadership review looks like
- Review PulseIQ before diving into individual pages.
- Keep owner-level decisions in C-Suite and department execution in the department workflow.
- Use Agent Board for approvals, not memory or chat history.
- Reject or comment on unclear agent actions instead of approving them silently.
- Follow a signal to its source workflow before changing business rules.
